Friday, December 5 — Family Arrivals & Dinner

• Arrivals: Come whenever works best throughout the day.
• Optional: Afternoon hike for anyone who wants to join.
• Dinner: Casual dinner out together.

Saturday, December 6 — Marriage Gathering

Morning

• Run: 7:15–9:00 AM, for anyone who wants to join
• Breakfast In: 9:00 AM — slow morning together

Lunch

• 11:30 AM–12:30 PM
• Light snacks / charcuterie

Getting Ready

• Jennifer & Joshua get ready
• Jen begins getting ready around 12:15–2:00 PM

Photos & Gathering

• Photos (weather permitting): 2:00–2:45 PM
• Gathering of Commitment & Blessing: ~3:00–4:00 PM
  • Led by Officiant, Hannah Rawson
  • Exchange of vows
  • Sharing of Unveiling and Just Be (music by Jennifer & Joshua)
  • Prayer & intercession

Afternoon / Evening

• 5:00–6:00 PM — free time & additional photos (weather dependent)
• Dinner: 6:30–8:30 PM
• Location: 184 Cherokee Trail, Sapphire, NC 28774
• Evening around the fire with time to connect and rest

Sunday, December 7 — “See You Later”

• Breakfast at the Kurtz Home: relaxed morning, come and go as you’d like
• Departures: Leave whenever works best for your travel
• Joshua & Jennifer will remain in Cashiers for the night
